After a very sweaty 13 weeks of live workouts on Instagram during quarantine, I bring to you, my very own real-time workout platform. A space where you can train with me at anytime, in any place!
All workouts are easily accessed here on this website from the members area, workout Library. You can watch these on your phone, laptop, iPad etc. There are different sections to work every part of your body, from Full Body workouts, to Upper Body, to Lower Body and Abs. These will be updated monthly with fresh content.
You can access the workouts in the library whenever you like which is great as you will always be able to fit a workout in. The live every 10 days is optional of course and just a fun way for us to come together at the same time and motivate one another. You will also gain access to my 'What's New' Blog in the members area where I will be sharing important information each month

My workouts are perfect for all levels of experience as they enable you to pace or push yourself as you see fit and I provide detailed explanations of each exercise.
My real-time workouts require minimal equipment so are perfect for both in the gym or at home. Perhaps you can't always make it to the gym, are vacationing or simply enjoy following a workout class a couple of times a week.
